When you contact us for information regarding tours/cruise excursions etc using the ‘quick quote’ and ‘enquiry forms’ on our website information about you is then sourced. Also, once you complete the booking form on our website additional data is received.
The personal information we collect includes your name, email address, phone number and sometimes your address for shipping purposes. All credit card transactions are not stored on our website they are securely processed via Stripe, (www.stripe.com).
How do we use your information?
We use your information to communicate with you regarding tour enquiries or tours booked.
We take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is stored and treated securely, and we will only use the data provided for the intended purpose. We do not transfer this data to any outside third parties. This does not include trusted third-party partners who assist us in operating our website and business, this information is confidential as part of their contract with us.
The accuracy of data:
In accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts, we will update or delete your personal data accordingly. You have the right to source any data we hold relating to you and if you wish to update or amend this information please email email@example.com . If you wish to source a copy of the file we have relating to your information you can also do so via email, any such requests will incur the relevant fee for an S.A.R. (Subject Access Request).
